REED Marketing & Creative are pleased to be partnering with a very exciting and growth focused business based on the outskirts of Swindon in their quest to find a dynamic Content Creator and Social Media Specialist! This role will take ownership of their social media channels across both B2B and B2C platforms. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will leverage your experience in social media and content creation to promote innovative and life-changing products.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Content Creation: Film and edit video content to showcase their products for both educational and direct selling purposes via Meta platforms. Capture still content as needed.
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media plan/strategy across their B2B (LinkedIn) and B2C channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Video Editing: Build and enhance their in-house marketing team's capabilities by taking full responsibility for creating and editing social media content.
• Partnership Management: Manage content creation with partnered professional sports teams and athletes. Lead their influencer programme and affiliate marketing activities.
• Channel Growth: Focus on key performance indicators related to channel and follower growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Social Media focused role
• Hands-on, professional experience of running and growing social channels for brands (experience beyond personal or casual social media use is essential)
• Proficiency in video editing software such as After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Premier Pro.
• Creative thinker with the ability to apply social media skills innovatively
• Confidence in leading social media initiatives and representing the marketing team at company events with high-profile individuals.
