Sauce is an independent lifestyle communications agency specialising in food, drink and hospitality. We partner with reputable and premium brands to deliver creative, commercially focused and ground-breaking campaigns through insights-driven PR and digital services.
We are now seeking a junior member to join our team and start their career journey with us on a 3-month fixed term basis. This role could go perm should there be a long-term need. We provide strategic and comprehensive digital marketing services including social media management, content creation, influencer marketing and paid digital.
The FEED account team manages all elements of social at Sauce, from leading client relationships to orchestrating the production & delivery of content. We provide strategic consultation, immersing in the brand world and social landscape, while ensuring with creativity that all content is produced to the highest standard, delivering to best practice and to the client brief.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE
Content creation all content capture, Reel generation and editing , social channel management, community management and engagement, influencer management, junior-level art direction / curation.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Content ideation
Content development for approved content
Copy and caption writing for calendars
Social content capture shoot production
Asset creation and editing, including sound and text application
Posting and scheduling, both manual and through social management platforms
Influencer outreach and liaison
Community management and engagement
Project management, including scoping, resource planning, timeline and deliverable tracking, file management, timekeeping and quality control.
SOCIAL CREATOR & CO-ORDINATOR R&Rs
- Social content capture for UGC shoots, ensuring all client requirements are met in line with brief and objectives
- Reel / story / in-feed asset creation and editing including sound and text overlay application
- Influencer outreach and management, with a focus on community-building for both client portfolio and Sauce
- Content publishing manual plus channel management for all client accounts
- Community management - both proactive and reactive - and engagement across all client accounts
- Social media consultancy/strategic support eg. sourcing trends or sounds for content ideas
- Implementation of social best practice, supporting Senior Account Executive with insights and reporting, regularly tracking against KPIs for all client accounts
- Media landscape immersion and regular research on latest trends to support channel optimisation for client accounts
- Project management including file management, meeting attendance and notes, action tracking and timeline management
- Time management to work within allotted hours per client, completing timesheets on a daily basis
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exposure to a social media marketing agency with experience in managing multiple accounts
- Social savvy with examples of paid & organic content for clients OR personal accounts with significant engagement
