Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor- outbound calls Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £28,000

Location: Watford (Free parking on site)

On site initially then Hybrid after completing probationStart date: asap(full attendance required for 6 weeks training)

About the Role:We are seeking empathetic and proactive customer service advisors to join our team and support vulnerable and at-risk customers. You will contact customers via calls, webchat, and email, offering assistance and providing a high level of care, promoting Responsible Play.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer data to identify "at-risk" indicators.
  • Reach out to customers who need support, providing empathy and reviewing their accounts with them.
  • Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and compassion.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Experience managing difficult or sensitive conversations with empathy.
  • A calm, solution-focused approach when addressing customer concerns.
  • A willingness to learn company policies and procedures.
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
