We are seeking a Consulting Manager tojoin ourEMEA team to supportour clients in delivering organisational transformation outcomes through strong technicalexpertiseand data-driven analysis.
RoleIn this role, you will lead the delivery of complex client engagements, managing both the client relationship and the project team to ensure successful outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to solve workforce and organizational challenges, combining data-driven insight with the capabilities of the Orgvue platform.
You will be accountable for end-to-end project delivery, including scope, quality, timelines, and commercial outcomes, while developing your team and contributing to the growth of our Professional Services capability.
This role requires someone who canoperateconfidently at both a strategic and execution level, guiding clients through transformation while ensuring delivery excellence.
Responsibilities- Own and lead client engagements, ensuring delivery aligns to business objectives and drives measurable value
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (including C-suite)
- Lead and develop high-performing project teams
- Translate complex data and analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Drive both delivery excellence and commercial outcomes across accounts
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, and commercial success
- Act as the primary Professional Services point of accountability for the client relationship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders up to C-suite level
- Define and drive project approach, governance, and delivery methodology
- Lead, coach, and develop project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Oversee resource planning and utilisation across multiple engagements
- Ensure clients successfully adopt Orgvue and realise measurable value
- Partner with Account Management and Customer Success to support account health, drive client value, and identify opportunities for growth
- Support and lead business development activities, including proposals and client presentations
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, solutions, and best practices within Professional Services
- Collaborate closely with Product and Solutions teams to share client insights and contribute to the ongoing development of Orgvue capabilities and delivery approaches
- Represent Orgvue as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in client and industry settings
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, analytics, management, or related field
- 7+ years of consulting or professional services experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading complex transformation and/or technology-enabled engagements
- Experience delivering large-scale initiatives (e.g. M&A, restructuring, operating model redesign)
- Strong commercial acumen, including managing budgets and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior and executive audiences
- Strong project leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent client engagements
- Up to 20% travel
