The position

As a consulting associate, you will work with a range of interesting clients primarily in the public and financial services sectors, whilst undergoing professional training and rotating across a number of our consulting service areas such as strategy, organisation development, change and transformation, culture, people consulting, finance decision support, financial services regulatory consulting, privacy and sustainability (ESG).

Every day is different for a consultant. You will be assisting a wide variety of clients with their business's challenges and developing tailored pragmatic solutions. Service rotations will help you to identify areas most suited to your abilities and we will support you with dedicated mentoring, coaching, technical upskilling and professional development so that you are set up for success.
