Consultant techico fonctionel Informatica

*Informatica PIM Techno-Functional Support Lead - 3 months Rolling Contract - France.*

RED now has a new contract opportunity for an Informatica PIM Techno-Functional Support Lead to join one of our key partners for a PIM run, support and decommissioning project (Informatica PIM 360 to Akeneo).

The initial contract will be for 3 months with scope for extension.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be remote.

*Candidate must be based in France*

Specific skills/experience required:

• Strong experience with Informatica PIM (ideally PIM 360) in a support/BAU environment
• Proven experience in application support, run operations, and maintenance
• Combination of technical and functional expertise (configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support)
• Experience managing incidents, defects, and service requests (L1/L2 support)
• Strong knowledge of data structures, workflows, and product data management
• Experience with data validation, data quality management, and error analysis
• Experience managing data exports, integrations, and interface monitoring (eg eCommerce, CRM, marketplaces)
• Familiarity with ITIL/incident management processes
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement fixes/workarounds
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business (marketing/eCommerce) and technical teams
• Experience delivering user support, training, and communication with business stakeholders
• Experience in Retail/eCommerce (product catalogue exposure preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Able to join ASAP (within 2-4 weeks of offer)
