The role provides freedom, flexibility, and autonomy while maintaining full support, compliance, and access to firm resources.This profit-share role offers a 70/30 split (potentially 80/20) for home-based work, flexible hours, and no mandatory office meetings. You can maximise billable hours or enjoy a better work-life balance. A client following generating £100k on a fee-share basis could exceed typical salaried earnings.Requirements for this Consultant Solicitor vacancy:
- Qualified Solicitor, minimum 5 years PQE
- Experience in your specialism
- Proven record of successful case outcomes
- Established client following
