The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Consultant Radiologist with a specialist interest in Head & Neck Imaging.
It is an exciting time to join the trust, with the West Essex Community Diagnostics Centre (CDC) providing timely access to diagnostics for the West Essex population and tackling health inequalities.
Job OverviewThe Radiology department is actively seeking to recruit a Consultant Radiologist to support a busy and diverse Imaging service, with scope to develop the appointee's area of special interest.
The position consists of 10 PAs per week, with an additional PA for on-call commitments.
Main DutiesSupport the Radiology service at the Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) and have an interest in Head and Neck Imaging, pursuing opportunities to expand the Head and Neck service.
Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and teach Radiology registrars.

Person Specification Registration- FRCR
- GMC
- Experience of General Radiology and H&N reporting
- Experience of working in an MDT environment

Contract and Working PatternPermanent, Full-time, Part-time, Home or remote working, Compressed hours.
Salary: £109,725 to £145,478 a year, plus 3% uplift for on-call and £149 fringe.
