Bon Secours Hospital Cork is Ireland's largest private hospital. Established in 1915, the Hospital has 344 beds, employs over 1,000 staff, and cares for more than 100,000 patients per annum. Bon Secours Hospital Cork is a teaching hospital of UCC, contributing significantly to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in medicine, nursing, and allied health professions.

The department is licensed for ionizing radiation by the Health Information and Quality Authority and is inspected by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

We are seeking a qualified Consultant Radiologist to join our team of 7 WTE radiologists.

Applicants must

  • Hold registration as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland or be eligible for such registration.
  • Possess the Fellowship of the Faculty of Radiology, RSCI, or an equivalent qualification in Radiology.
  • Be included or be eligible for inclusion on the Radiology division of the Medical Specialist register maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland.
  • Have completed at least 7 years of postgraduate training and experience in the medical profession.
