Main duties of the job

The post will be comprised of a combination Memory Clinic, Young Onset Dementia Service and a smaller component of CMHT work.

The post will have 8.5 clinical PAs split as follows: Memory Clinic (5.5 PAs); Young Onset Dementia Service (2 PAs); and 1 PA supporting the MHSOP Community Mental Health Teams including managing long term conditions alongside a specialist MHSOP pharmacist.
