Job Description
Consultant Perinatal Psychiatrist

Job Responsibilities

The post holder will lead the DUAT team and work closely with the other consultants in the perinatal community team. The community service and the inpatient MBU are based at the Mount, and are both accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists. The Service has a long track record of providing high quality care and leading innovative practice.

Person Specification Qualifications
  • Full registration with the GMC
  • Higher specialist training in WAA Psychiatry with experience in Perinatal Psychiatry
Experience
  • Excellent communication skills and evidence of effective MDT working
  • Track record in QIP work
