Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above post which provides liaison psychiatry services to St Columcille's Hospital, Loughlinstown and St Michaels Hospital, Dun Laoghaire. In addition, the post provides in-reach psychiatric services to the National Gender Service based at St Columcille's Hospital as required.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, innovative and committed to providing a quality service that responds to the needs and priorities of our service users.
Minimum Requirements
The following professional qualifications and experience apply to this appointment:
1. Must be on the Specialist Register for General Adult Psychiatry maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland or entitlement to be so registered within a six month period.
2. Preferably have spent at least 12 months of Higher Specialist Training in a recognized liaison psychiatry post.
