Since Medical Link Services AG has been committed alongside OrganisConsultant DE/FR for mobile care (Spitex) with the mission: to support the work of caregivers. Our goal is to ease the daily life of caregivers so they can fully dedicate themselves to the well-being and follow-up of patients. By streamlining processes, we contribute to better treatment quality and enhanced efficiency. A reference actor in Switzerland, our solution is present in 26 cantons and is used by over 150 public and private care institutions. Every day, more than professionals use our services to support, coordinate, and manage over 1 billion CHF in annual services. The company is fully specialized in home care and has 30 employees with offices in Nyon and a trilingual team (French, German, Italian) that supports Medical Link Services AG institutions across all regions of Switzerland. Consultant DE/FR Value-added support for our clients Listening to and qualifying needs expressions. Ensuring that the right usage practices are conveyed to the client, by proposing solutions to take care of them and enhance the efficiency of usage. Customer support. Qualifying the needs of potential clients and suggesting suitable functionalities Mastering the functionalities and services and participating in cross-cutting care projects within Spitex. Contributing to the design of the newsletter. Project management for deployments. Ensuring customer satisfaction, timely execution, and resource availability on the client side with the X: Kickoff, establishing a trustworthy relationship with clients through value-added dialogue. Providing our clients with value-added support. Listening and qualifying expressions of need. Ensuring that the right information is communicated to the client. Taking care of the client by proposing evolutions to improve comfort and efficiency in customer support. Qualifying the needs of prospects and suggesting adapted functionalities. Mastering and contributing to maintaining the list of functionalities and services. Participating in cross projects within Spitex. Contributing to the design of the newsletter. Participating in deployment project meetings. Ensuring client satisfaction, meeting deadlines, and resource availability on the client side. Ensuring communication with the client: Kickoff, project closure. Establishing a trusted relationship with the client by developing a value-added dialogue. Your profile / Your profile Proven experience in project management and ERP implementation or similar (5 years). Team-oriented. Customer-oriented. Excellent social and editorial skills. University degree ETH, EPFL, HEC, or equivalent. Bilingualism in German/French required. Confirmed experience in consulting, project management, and ERP deployment or similar (5 years).
