Consultant Principle duties/requirements:
Client service:
- Builds and maintains excellent relationships with clients, providing ongoing consultation and counsel with the support of Arc Bio Partners.
- Owns and takes responsibility for allocated client projects, both internally and externally.
- Participates actively in client briefings and presentations, contributing to profitable delivery and development of client accounts.
- Develops strong scientific, creative, and commercial strategies aligned with client objectives, viewing client challenges as unique and collaborative.
- Creates robust, evidence-based solutions that are rigorous and relevant.
- Ensures delivery of high-quality, client-ready work efficiently and on time.
- Builds enduring relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
- Prioritizes high standards of delivery and client service, reflecting positively on personal and company reputation.
Project Management:
- Demonstrates effective system, process, and time management, with accurate project planning.
- Produces precise cost estimates and manages budgets carefully, keeping clients and teams informed of potential overspends.
- Ensures financial management aligns with agency procedures, explaining expenditures to clients before approval.
- Adheres to regulatory and compliance standards, minimizing risks.
- Maintains high standards of quality, strategic thinking, and accuracy.
- Competently uses all in-house software and platforms.
Communication and impact:
- Presents confidently and convincingly to clients.
- Influences, negotiates, and overcomes objections from senior stakeholders.
