Construction Sales Admin Team Lead - Hybrid

Kubota Group in Thame invites a proactive Team Leader to guide the Construction administration team, ensuring excellent customer service and on-time delivery.

Based at our Thame Head Office, this role operates a hybrid pattern: three days in the office and two days working from home, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm.

You will lead, train, and develop staff, coordinate dealer and customer orders, and work closely with internal teams to maintain service excellence.
