Construction Planner (Mid-Senior Level) North Dublin (Head Office) €85,000 - €110,000

We are seeking a Mid to Senior Level Construction Planner to join a well-established Irish building and civil engineering contractor at their head office in North Dublin, supporting projects across the company's pipeline from tender through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tender and contract programmes for building and civil engineering projects
• Prepare logistics, phasing and sequencing plans
• Monitor progress, update programmes and report on critical path and delays
• Work with project teams to recover programme and manage key interfaces
• Support delay analysis and extension of time submissions
• Present programme information to senior management and clients

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Planner with a main contractor
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject
• Experience on residential, commercial or public sector projects
• Degree in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and communication skills
