Construction Manager - 12891

CSA Construction Manager required to work for one of Europe's largest Tier 1 Main Contractors on a Data Centre project in Finland. You will be reporting directly into the CSA Lead.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordination & Team Management: Oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages, support the CSA team (supervisors, engineers, package managers), and foster a strong culture of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental practices.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Plan and monitor procurement, design, and installation activities, develop CSA delivery strategies, support creation of sub-contract scopes, and manage site operations, schedules, and sub-contractor activities.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict Quality Assurance/Control in partnership with QA/QC teams, review client design for standards compliance, and maintain all documentation.
  • Communication & Coordination: Liaise with design teams to align information flow with the construction schedule, chair weekly meetings with CSA suppliers, and attend essential project reviews and coordination meetings.
  • Project Close Out & Reporting: Manage project close out items (Punch List, Safety/QA files), submit daily/weekly reports to project management, support commercial change management, and review all MEP related builder's works for integration.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Engineering or Construction discipline qualification.
  • 6 years+ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong background in delivering CSA work packages.
  • Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
  • Excellent leadership skills - Ability to delegate, prioritise workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • IT Skills - Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
