THE ROLE
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Construction Solicitor to join a forward-thinking and supportive team to help grow the firm's non-contentious construction services.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have 4-6PQE in non-contentious construction work.
You will need excellent knowledge of all major standard form contracts, particularly JCT, NEC, FIDIC and experience of drafting and negotiating bespoke amendments.
You will also be expected to contribute to business development activities, so proven experience in managing client relationships is essential.
Experience gained within an established construction practice is required.
Although the role is primarily non-contentious, it will involve some contentious work, so prior experience in contentious matters is necessary.
This opportunity is on a full-time basis with hybrid working arrangements on offer.
