Construction L&D Specialist - Build Talent & Onboarding

Wates Smartspace is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to shape and embed a local L&D offering within the Construction division. You will partner with HR, Talent and operations to deliver engaging, inclusive learning solutions and a positive development journey for colleagues.

You will design inductions, measure outcomes, support early careers, and translate business needs into effective development programmes across North / Midlands locations.
