Watkin Jones Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead negotiation, delivery, and performance of refurbishment contracts nationwide. The role focuses on risk mitigation, latent defects and contractual compliance across multiple projects.

You will travel nationally and work with clients, site teams and consultants to ensure delivery within time and budget, while protecting the business through robust contract management and risk allocation.
