The Opportunity

Leading International Law Firms in Dublin are seeking ambitious Construction & Projects Solicitor (1-8 years PQE). Positioned within an elite market this role offers early client exposure, high-value mandates, and a clear track record for internal promotion.



Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting & Negotiation: Advise on complex construction, energy, and infrastructure contracts, consultant appointments, and development agreements using standard forms (RIAI, NEC, JCT, FIDIC, PWC).

  • Cross-Functional Advisory: Partner with Real Estate, Banking, and M&A teams on project finance, acquisitions, and development aspects.

  • Dispute Avoidance & Management: Handle mid-stream issues (EOT claims), conciliation, adjudication, and litigation.

  • Sector Coverage: Support major initiatives in living/residential, office, energy, life sciences, and infrastructure.



Requirements

  • Experience: 1-8 years PQE in construction, energy, or major projects within a reputable firm or in-house environment.

  • Skills: Strong drafting ability, consultative client skills, and commercial acumen under time-sensitive pressures.

  • Leadership: Collaborative mindset, with senior candidates eager to mentor junior associates.
