Senior Project ManagerPresent in the Romandy construction sector for over 50 years, our office offers design and development services in the usual fields of architecture and project management, relying on proven technical and artistic expertise. As part of the development of our project management activities, we are looking to complement our teams with the skills and expertise of a Senior Project Manager.You will be responsible for construction projects of housing, offices, or structures. Your main missions will be:- Lead project teams from the preliminary phase to construction, in close collaboration with the Client (MO).- Control and ensure compliance with SIA and AEAI construction standards.- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in construction.- Develop, in conjunction with the pricing study office and specialists, calls for tender, including analysis and negotiation with companies until the establishment of contracts.- Coordinate engineers and architects with authorities and the Client (MO).- Manage contracts between the Client and companies, as well as the financial management of the project.- Oversee the studies and works.- Manage the project team according to the size of the project.- Manage safety and oversee project delivery along with the Client until the issues are resolved.Profile:- You have a solid HES, EPFL or an equivalent qualification (foreign engineering schools).- You have confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within an architecture office or a general/total company in Switzerland, applied to new projects or renovations.- You are versatile and proactive, capable of managing projects by setting priorities for your teams.- You have good communication skills, can advise and accompany clients in the process, and have knowledge of SIA, AEAI standards and occupational safety regulations.- Good knowledge in housing regulations (RGL, RACI ) is also desired.- You have excellent knowledge of management tools.We offer:- Good working conditions in a pleasant environment within a young and dynamic team where you can leverage your expertise related to your skills and experience.- Evolving responsibilities based on project management and the autonomy you will have.- Diverse construction sites mainly located in the canton of .- Permanent contract to be filled.- Recruitment agencies kindly refrain. jidae973dbaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
