Job Description

Anabas is a dynamic national Facilities Management provider, supporting corporate office occupiers in delivering exceptional workplace experiences for their employees and customers.

We are seeking a proactive and committed Concierge Receptionist to join the Anabas team to play a key role in the delivery of a TFM contract in London (EC4),

As Concierge Receptionist for our prestigious client, you will deliver a world class, high quality workplace experience across a high profile office environment.

As an integral role in maintaining high standards of the customer and visitor experience, you will seamlessly work with the receptionist and wider site facilities team to provide high-quality customer service and support.

The role will focus primarily on front of house reception services, support management of communal and meeting room spaces on site, meeting hospitality requirements and site events.

The post position holder is expected to proactively and positively take charge of the assigned responsibilities and tasks, ensuring the visitor and client experience is exceeded, including suitable resolution to issues and challenges should they arise.

The position holder is a go-to face of Anabas and will ensure that our clients' needs are met, and service is delivered to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities Visitor Experience & Front Desk
  • Deliver a premium meet-and-greet service for visitors and hosts
  • Manage visitor sign-in, passes, and reception desk coverage
  • Handle calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
  • Coordinate arrivals, notify hosts, and arrange escorts if needed
Client & Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and visitors
  • Anticipate needs and provide tailored support
  • Represent company values and maintain a professional image
Meeting & Event Support
  • Prepare and reset meeting rooms
  • Provide AV and video conferencing support
  • Manage room setups and hospitality (refreshments, catering, etc.)
  • Ensure meeting spaces are clean, organised, and ready for use
Operations & Facilities Support
  • Handle deliveries, couriers, and visitor luggage
  • Book taxis and transport services
  • Assist with inductions for staff, visitors, and contractors
  • Maintain reception and communal area standards
Team & Administrative Support
  • Work closely with reception and facilities teams
  • Assist with admin tasks as required
  • Support general site operations and ad hoc requests
Health & Safety
  • Follow all health and safety procedures
  • Ensure a safe environment for yourself and others
Qualifications & Experience
  • Demonstratable experience working within a similar role
  • Customer driven and focussed on continuous improvement
  • Able to communicate professional, concise, and accurate information in written and verbal formats
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Able to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Able to competently use Microsoft Office package to a very good level
