An exciting opportunity has arisen for a long term contract within an dynamic & growing industry.
Our client, a global manufacturing organisation, based in Belfast, have a requirement for an engineering technician (composites) to work with their manufacturing teams and ensure that products are delivered to meet costs, quality & schedule.
The Job
The purpose of the job is to produce composite components (various materials) to engineering requirements, by following defined processes and using supplied materials, tooling and work instructions.
Job holder may be involved in cutting, lay up and preparation of composite materials for autoclave cure or in finishing operations on cured components and associated tooling.
Skill Set
Essential
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to work as part of a team and / or independently
- Computer literacy
Desirable
- Previous Aerospace experience
- NVQ Level 2 in a manufacturing or engineering related subject, or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience
- Manual Handling training

Rate: £16.25/hr
Shift allowance available
12 month contract (minimum)
