Compliance Specialist - Banking Regulations - (60%) vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Draft, review and maintain Best Execution policies, standards and governance frameworks.
• Provide subject matter expertise to ensure Best Execution arrangements remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on existing policies and procedures.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support implementation and alignment.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in governance, controls and documentation relating to Best Execution.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Law degree or equivalent professional background in Best Execution, financial markets regulation or a related compliance field.
• Proven knowledge of Best Execution requirements and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Language skills: English (fluent).
