Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze global threshold disclosure requirements to ensure full compliance across various jurisdictions.
  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings related to threshold disclosures in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for disclosure reporting.
  • Identify, assess, and jeopardize potential compliance risks associated with threshold breaches or regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the firm's compliance framework and risk controls.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Over 3 years of experience in threshold disclosures, or related compliance or regulatory reporting functions.
  • Practical, hands on exposure to threshold filings.
  • Experience working within an asset manager, investment adviser, hedge fund, bank, custodian, or regulatory reporting service provider.
  • Strong analytical and data driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex position and ownership data.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with threshold monitoring systems such as Confluence Signal and Charles River is beneficial.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional stakeholders, including Legal and Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple filings and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self motivated approach with a willingness to take ownership of deliverables.
  • No supervisory responsibilities.
