Compliance Project Lead - Banking, FINRA, AML, OFAC - 80% - This is a long term contract opportuntiy to join our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Planning, steering, and implementation of complex cross-departmental compliance projects
• Steering and coordinating internal and external stakeholders (compliance, IT, operational units, and external stakeholders)
• Preparation of decision-making bases, status reports, and presentations for management
• Ensuring communication and coordination with international project teams
• Support in the harmonization of compliance structures
• Identification and management of compliance risks in the project context

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in independently managing complex projects, ideally within the context of international integration
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in compliance or risk management in a regulated environment
• Good knowledge of relevant legal/regulatory requirements in the financial services sector (CH)
• Knowledge of US regulations (eg, SEC, FINRA, OFAC) is an advantage
• Language skills: German, English
