Job Description
About the role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Compliance Associate to join our team at Davy. In the role, the successful candidate will:

  • Support senior compliance staff in the provision of regulatory advice to the business.
  • Support compliance monitoring and reporting across the business.
  • Assist in implementing regulatory change, including ESG regulation.
  • Contribute to compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Leverage technology to develop meaningful management information, including dashboards, KRIs and other metrics as appropriate.
  • Assist with the collation of information for internal and external reporting, including to Committees, Boards and Regulators, working with the wider Compliance Team.
  • Review business documentation, advertisements, presentations and other marketing material to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
About you

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Curious and inquiring nature with ability to challenge collective thinking.
  • Strong information technology capability with a high level of competence in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and ideally Power BI.
  • Strong planning and organisational capabilities with ability to work to strict deadlines.
