Compliance & Training Specialist

Praxis Tech is seeking a Compliance Technician for a permanent role based in Isle of Man. The position involves supporting regulatory themes, assisting in designing policies and frameworks, and ensuring these are translated into operational procedures.

You will deliver training, undertake compliance monitoring, and build strong stakeholder relationships as a subject matter expert. You will collate data for regulatory reporting while upholding the Group's values.
