Compliance Advisory Lead - First Line (Remote)

Griffin is a fully regulated UK bank enabling fintechs with banking and payments infrastructure. We seek a hands-on compliance adviser who will own regulatory work across product, sales and operations, with a 70/30 split between compliance advisory and data protection responsibilities.

You'll collaborate with Protect and other teams to embed governance and build a strong compliance culture. Remote-first, UK-wide, with a London office option.
