Job Description
Compliance Administrator (Contract)

Location: Stoke, ST1 5PZ. Hours: 40. Contract type: Permanent. We are looking for a highly organized and detail focused Compliance Administrator to support the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across our GPA contract. This key administrative role supports operational delivery, technical compliance processes, and asset management activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for PPM and reactive maintenance delivery.
  • Support the Operations Delivery Lead with PPM programme delivery.
  • Assist with technical compliance processes including recording, tracking, and ensuring completion of remedial actions.
  • Support the Asset Manager with maintaining asset registers.
  • Assist with compliance documentation and ensure records are accurately maintained.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between stakeholders including WPSM, GPA Helpdesk, KAN, ISS Helpdesk, site teams and subcontractors.
  • Support communication workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal teams, clients and suppliers.
  • Assist with scheduling planned and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Support engineers and managers in ensuring accurate completion records are maintained.
  • Help gather documentation and evidence required for compliance and audits.
  • Support internal audit activities and quality compliance checks.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Knowledge of SFG20 maintenance schedules.
  • Experience working with management information systems (MIS).
  • Experience in compliance, quality or operational support roles.
  • Experience within facilities management, maintenance or similar environments.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and interpret multiple data sources.
