Complaints Officer Apprentice - Level 3 CS (Hybrid)

Hyde is recruiting a Complaints Officer Apprentice to join our customer-focused team. You will support the administration and monitoring of customer complaints, gathering information for investigations and keeping customers informed about progress.

You will develop practical skills in complaint handling, case administration and stakeholder engagement while working towards the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship.
