We are looking for a highly motivated Complaints and Conduct Officer to join the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner.
Working directly with the Complaints Review Manager this is a vital role supporting the PCC in meeting statutory responsibilities around police complaints and misconduct, ensuring transparency, fairness and public confidence in policing.
You will play a key part in reviewing complaints, supporting misconduct processes and delivering high quality, impartial decisions that stand up to scrutiny.
This is a unique opportunity to play a direct role in ensuring accountability, fairness and integrity in policing. Your work will have a real impact on public confidence and the delivery of justice.
