Invesis is hiring a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR Team based in Utrecht on a permanent contract (32 - 40 hours per week). This exciting role will be responsible for all countries (occasional travel will be part of the job).

Does this sound like you?


  • At least 3 years experience in a Compensation & Benefits role in a consultancy or corporate environment.
  • Good knowledge of European and UK labour laws and directives or keen to expand knowledge beyond the Dutch labour law in the countries in which we have staff employed.
  • Strong advisory & execution skills and the ability to maintain focus and momentum towards strategic objectives.
  • A drive to collaborate with the HR colleagues and management to deliver excellent employee experiences.
  • Excited about translating local legislation & policies into effective and efficient processes.
  • Enjoy working on optimizing processes using common sense and leveraging technology solutions.
  • A wizard in Excel and a love for detail and structure.


What you will be doing


2025


  • Implement the newly defined Compensation & Benefits framework in all countries together with the HR team (the project is lead by a dedicated C&B Implementation project manager).
  • Act as the C&B expert during the consultation process, support the HR team with managing specific cases as a result of the change in C&B.
  • Prepare the annual performance cycle (salary & bonus).


2026 and beyond


  • Maintaining C&B related policies, templates and procedures in all countries.
  • Manage C&B related providers such as pension, insurances, healthcare, wellbeing, by acting as the account manager, keeping contracts up to date, agree service level etc.
  • Run the annual performance cycle (salary & bonus) from start to finish.
  • Act as the C&B knowledge center for all countries with regards to legislation, variable pay, mobility, pension, health care etc.
  • Ensure that changes in legislation or C&B policies are implemented by HR Operations
  • Lead C&B projects
  • Act as support for and back-up for monthly payroll (approval).
