Clermont Hotel Group is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to review and transform our reward practices across the group. The role blends technical reward expertise with stakeholder engagement to design a stronger framework and better benefits for our people.

You will assess current pay structures, benchmark against hospitality markets, and develop practical, compliant recommendations in partnership with Finance and HR.
