Compensation Analytics & Reward Specialist

Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Compensation Advisor to provide analysis and expertise that supports key reward decisions across the business. You'll join a collaborative Reward team where your ideas are valued, your development is encouraged, and your work has real impact.

In this role you'll participate in job evaluation activities, benchmark roles against external market data, manage external salary surveys, and support the annual salary review, promotions and market pay adjustments.
