Job Description
Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced compensation analyst to join our newly created regional Center of Excellence for Total Rewards. The EMEA Senior Compensation Analyst will report to the EMEA Compensation Manager and work with stakeholders across multiple countries. The role offers the opportunity to design and implement compensation programs, frameworks, and reporting for the fast growing EMEA region. It is a 6 month fixed term contract, ideal for a professional who is comfortable with complex data, modelling, and analysis, and who is eager to shape the reward function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

You will use your extensive experience completing salary surveys, performing job matching, and creating job descriptions, working with external vendors as needed, to drive the implementation of our job architecture and external benchmarking practices.

  • Support the design, implementation and ongoing management of salary ranges
  • Assist in the management and administration of the annual salary review process
  • Model annual salary review and bonus budget allocation in line with business and talent priorities
  • Conduct ad hoc compensation analysis in response to business requests, synthesize findings and present recommendations
  • Design and develop compensation models, tools and metrics
  • Manage and maintain compensation program data such as policy and plan documents and program eligibility
  • Provide compensation advice to HR colleagues and line managers across EMEA, understanding their business, HR and reward challenges and recommending effective solutions
  • Participate in total rewards projects
Skills & Experience
  • Solid experience in compensation/total rewards and deep knowledge of compensation survey participation and job matching approaches
  • Experience working across multiple countries is preferable, but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and problem solving skills, and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or in a team and to confidently interact with all levels of management
  • Advanced Excel skills (a must)
  • PowerBI proficiency
  • Workday experience is a plus
