Compassionate Veterinary Support Agent (Hybrid)

Blue Cross is seeking a Customer Support Representative at its Manchester call hub to act as the compassionate gateway for pet owners in crisis. You will triage cases, book appointments, process payments, and ensure accurate recording of conversations.

Initially office-based, role shifts to a hybrid pattern (3 days in office, 2 days at home) after training. Expect empathy, reliability, and proactive problem-solving in a busy environment.
