Compassionate Veterinary Call Handler (Hybrid)

Blue Cross is seeking a Customer Support Representative for our Manchester call hub. You will be the compassionate voice guiding distressed pet owners to life-saving care and triaging cases to prioritise urgent needs.

You will handle calls, emails and webchats, gather information, book appointments, process payments, and log conversations. Initially office-based, then a 3 days in-office/2 days at home hybrid pattern after training.
