Compassionate Social Worker - Adults Services (Hybrid)

Slough Borough Council is seeking a compassionate Social Work Assistant to join the East Locality team. You'll carry out holistic assessments, care and support planning, reviews and timely enquiries to help residents live safely and independently in their communities.
