Description

  • Provide professional company secretarial support to the C-Suite team, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • Prepare and manage board and committee meeting agendas, papers, and minutes.
  • Ensure the organisation adheres to relevant regulatory requirements and statutory obligations.
  • Maintain accurate company records and statutory registers.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on governance and compliance matters.
  • Coordinate with external advisors, regulators, and auditors as required.
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to corporate governance.

Profile

A successful Company Secretary should have:

  • Proven experience in a company secretarial role ideally within the financial services industry but not a requisite).
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and external advisors.
  • A recognised qualification in company secretarial practice or a related field is desirable.
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools for managing company records and documentation.
