Company Secretarial Consultant Dublin The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of our Company Secretarial practice in Ireland. Reporting directly to the Country Lead, you will be at the heart of shaping and expanding our offering, working closely with colleagues across the Corporate team to ensure alignment on growth opportunities, support business development and strengthen our market presence.

This role offers genuine scope to influence strategy, build trusted client relationships and contribute to the long term success of a growing practice within a leading professional services firm.

What You'll Do Corporate Governance & Compliance
  • Take ownership of a varied portfolio of Irish corporate clients, ensuring full compliance with the Companies Act 2014 and CRO requirements
  • Prepare and file statutory forms and annual returns, and maintain accurate, up to date statutory registers
  • Draft high quality governance documentation, including board and committee minutes, written resolutions, AGM materials, and related papers
  • Support a broad range of corporate transactions such as share allotments and transfers, constitutional changes, and corporate reorganisations
  • Coordinate board and committee meetings end to end, from agenda setting through to minute taking and follow up actions
  • Champion best practice in corporate governance, risk awareness, and regulatory compliance across all client engagements
Client Relationships & Advisory
  • Act as a trusted adviser and primary point of contact for clients on company secretarial and governance matters
  • Deliver timely, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice while building strong, long term client relationships
  • Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and senior Company Secretarial (CoSec) colleagues on complex matters and strategic projects
  • Use Diligent or other entity management platforms to manage workflows efficiently and deliver an excellent client experience
Business Development & Practice Growth
  • Play an active role in growing the Company Secretarial practice through proactive business development and client engagement
  • Identify and develop opportunities for new work, enhanced services, and cross selling across the firm's wider practice areas
  • Lead or contribute to proposals, pitches, fee quotes, and tender submissions
  • Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and client facing events
  • Support marketing and profile raising activity, including thought leadership, client briefings, and online content
  • Build credibility and visibility in the market, helping to strengthen the firm's brand and reputation in Ireland
About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience in Irish company secretarial work, including statutory compliance, corporate governance, and client advisory matters
  • Enjoys working in a client facing, growth oriented role and is comfortable contributing to business development activity
  • Is able to work regularly from the office to support close collaboration, shared learning, and a strong team culture
