Company Secretarial Assistant Manager 
Introduction: We have an exciting opportunity for a Company Secretarial Assistant Manager to join our Client Governance and Company Secretarial team. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with a diverse client base across real estate, professional services, technology, media and family offices. You'll manage governance matters, entity administration, complex share transactions and statutory compliance for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee statutory registers, confirmation statements and Companies House filings
- Lead on share transactions including subdivisions, reclassifications, buybacks and issues
- Draft and review governance documentation such as board minutes and resolutions
- Build strong client relationships, providing proactive governance advice
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
- Promote efficient use of Diligent Entities and other technology tools
- Strong knowledge of UK company law and corporate governance
- Proficiency in Diligent Entities and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational, communication and client-facing skills
- Experience managing complex transactions and entity management
- Part or fully qualified CGI (or equivalent) preferred; minimum 3 years in a governance, legal, or company secretarial role
