Community Store Team Leader - Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Glasgow to run a busy local store, lead a small team on shift, and deliver essential services to the community. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with regular overtime and a permanent contract; shifts include early mornings, afternoons and at least one weekend day.

You'll mentor colleagues, support merchandising and stock accuracy, and champion Co-op membership while helping customers with a friendly, hands-on approach during varied hours.
