Community Store Team Leader - Flexible Shifts, 30% Discount

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Chalfont St Giles to guide a small team and manage day-to-day store operations on a 20-hour-per-week pattern. You will lead shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and support stock, merchandising, and community initiatives.

The role offers a permanent part-time contract with regular overtime, including weekend shifts. A strong focus on leadership and customer care will help you drive Co-op membership and local involvement.
