Community Skills Trainer - PCA & Independent Living Hybrid

The Northeast Arc helps people with disabilities live more independently by supporting the MassHealth PCA program. The Skills Trainer role blends office and field work, providing hands-on education to applicants and managing PCA processes.

You will assist in applying for PCA services, train clients to hire and pay PCAs, and help manage payroll and documentation while building strong community relationships. Hybrid work and travel are involved.
