Community Safety Officer - Hybrid, 6-Month Contract

Gentoo Group Limited in Sunderland is seeking a Community Safety Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will investigate and manage anti-social behaviour cases from initial report through to resolution, delivering a fair, supportive, customer-focused service to residents.

You will work with customers, neighbourhood teams and partner agencies to understand root causes, develop locality action plans and maintain clear records.
