Community Nursing Associate - Home & Clinic Care Expert

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Nursing Associate to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in intermediate care settings and patients' homes across Bexley, Greenwich, and adjacent areas. You will work under supervision of registered nurses and maintain comprehensive records while supporting team-based care.
