Job Description

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join the Chester East Care Community Team. The role includes delivering high-quality community nursing services and home visits across the West Cheshire area.

The post is 22.5 hours per week with weekend rotation, permanent contract, and a pro rata salary of £32,073-£39,043 per annum. Training and induction support are provided to help you settle in.
