Community Marketing Specialist

Community Marketing Executive | €40K - €45K + Bonus - Sports/Retail Industry | 12 Month FTC

I am excited to be supporting a global sporting brand (one that I personally love as a customer!). They are very well known within the athletic community and loves blending communities and runners for example across the globe.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about running, people, and community. You'll be right at the centre of the athletic culture - building relationships, elevating brand presence, and creating on-the-ground moments that truly matter across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with running clubs, organisations, retail partners, and ambassadors to elevate brand perception

Develop and execute major running events and community initiatives across the region

Create genuine, community-focused social media content

Support retail partners with product education and uphold brand standards in-store

Plan and deliver in-store community events to drive awareness and engagement

Skills & Experience:

Deep passion for running or an active lifestyle, with strong ties to the running community

Background in event planning and community engagement

Excellent communication skills in English & French

Strong relationship-building skills with consumers and retail partners

Experience creating social media content is a strong advantage

Confident understanding of products, trends, and competitor activity
